"at this point, I'll stick with the hero and the hottie, but you can try to change my mind!! Name for me ONE bill the empty suited Obama has ever authored?? I'll give you a hint----ZERO!!!!!!!"
You got it-
Here's about 130 bills published on the Library of Congress which were sponsored by Obama.

And while I'm at it, here's McCains 38 bills that they had.

NOW I understand McCain and Palin
By Roger Freedman, Admin. of Facebook Group: 1,000,000 Strong Against John McCain
I'm a little confused. Let me see if I have this straight.....(hope I'm not offending anyone)
* If you grow up in Hawaii, raised by your grandparents, you're "exotic, different."
* If you grow up in Alaska eating moose burgers, you're a quintessential American story.
* If your name is Barack, you're a radical, unpatriotic Muslim.
* If you name your kids Willow, Trig and Track, you're a maverick.
* If you graduate from Harvard law School, you are unstable.
* If you attend 5 different small colleges before graduating, you're well grounded.
* If you spend 3 years as a brilliant community organizer, become the first black President of the Harvard Law Review, create a voter registration drive that registers 150,000 new voters, spend 12 years as a Constitutional Law professor, spend 8 years as a State Senator representing a district with over 750,000 people, become chairman of the state Senate's Health and Human Services committee, spend 4 years in the United States Senate representing a state of 13 million people while sponsoring 131 bills and serving on the Foreign Affairs, Environment and Public Works and Veteran's Affairs committees, you don't have any real leadership experience.
* If your total resume is: local weather girl, 4 years on the city council and 6 years as the mayor of a town with less than 7,000 people, 20 months as the governor of a state with only 650,000 people, then you're qualified to become the country's second highest ranking executive.
* If you have been married to the same woman for 19 years while raising 2 beautiful daughters, all within Protestant churches, you're not a real Christian.
* If you cheated on your first wife with a rich heiress, and left your disfigured wife and married the heiress the next month, you're a Christian.
* If you teach responsible, age appropriate sex education, including the proper use of birth control, you are eroding the fiber of society.
* If, while governor, you staunchly advocate abstinence only, with no other option in sex education in your state's school system, while your unwed teen daughter ends up pregnant , you're very responsible.
* If your wife is a Harvard graduate lawyer who gave up a position in a prestigious law firm to work for the betterment of her inner city community, then gave that up to raise a family, your family's values don't represent America's.
* If you're husband is nicknamed "First Dude", with at least one DWI conviction and no college education, who didn't register to vote until age 25 and once was a member of a group that advocated the secession of Alaska from the USA, your family is extremely admirable.
OK, *much* clearer now.

New Photoshoot!
I went to Minneapolis today to do a new photoshoot. Mariah did the picture taking. She has a good camera. I want one.
Here are a bunch of pictures that I've edited a bit. Enjoy:

We went to a historic downtown area near the Metrodome. Lots of cool buildings and stuff there. And we went on the Stone arch bridge.
Sweet. Going to bed.

I'm not sick anymore! [face_happy]
I think I've gotten over my sickness for the most part. Ugh, that sucked.
I've still got a little bit of coughing, but all is well.
Last Saturday was Grandpa's Birthday Party. That was pretty exciting. Hung out with the cousins and saw their new kitty.
While at the restaurant, I was sitting there eating my delicious steak and minding my own business, when suddenly, one of my cousins gets the MARVELOUS idea of having me drink a small cup of buffalo sauce.
It wasn't terrible...
Although my stomach burned for a bit and I had gagging gas shortly afterward. Sorry everyone in the van.
Here's a cellphone video of it;
Yeah, it sucked.
Here's my original hot sauce if anyone wants to watch:
On the car ride home it started to get dark and I didn't have enough light to read my new book I just started, The Road. And everyone was yacking and the radio was going.
So instead I played with some of the effects of my webcam on my laptop.
Here's that video (sorry if it's a little dark):
Lets see, what else.
Oooh, I finished my desk! It's now in my room and housing my super awesome computer.
Check out some pictures:
Here it is without any stain

With stain

The table top with stain

And the finished product in my room

It's pretty sweet!
I got my bookshelf filled up, too.
Some of the bigger books wouldn't fit and I had to stick them in the closet.

Here's a random picture of me with the BP guy at the MN State Fair.

There were LOTS of people there

The other day I went to a state park near here. They had a cool waterfall. Then I went under the water fall and get wet. It's slippery under there :O

The other night there was a pretty sweet thunderstorm going on with LOTS of very cool lightning. I tried to get a picture or two, but they're just so darn fast.
This is the best one I got:

Okay, lets see. I think that's all I can think of right now.
So I think I'm gonna go to bed.
I'll leave you all with a sweet pic of me on the back of Grandpa's golfcart while Cousin Aaron drives:

G'night!

I'm sick... [face_sad]
I started feeling sick the other day. I could feel it coming. And now it's hit me like a ton of bricks. Owie!
Sore throat and hoarse voice. :(
I've been gulping down drugs and stuff. Hope I feel better soon. I hate being sick. :(
Last Saturday I went to a LAN party. There were lots of other people there. Our team competed in different tournaments. We got into the finals on a couple of them and got second place and got first place in one of the games.
They had it at Action City, which is kind of an arcade place with go-karts and stuff. We got to ride go-karts all night, too. It was pretty fun.
I took a few pics with my phone:

Lots of people there.

The guy next to me had a huge monitor.

My computer.
I've bought quite a few books lately. I gotta get reading. Ugh. Or stop going into Borders. I got a Borders membership so I can get 40% off on some books.
My most recent books are:
The Road by Cormac McCarthy
The Shack by William Young
The Dangerous Days of Danial X by James Patterson
My new contacts came on Monday. I had my eye exam the end of June and ordered the contacts online, but never got them. So last week I went to the place to tell them and it turns out DHL lost the package, so I got free replacements with 2nd-day shipping. Woo.
I've been checking out the olympics quite a bit. Right now I'm watching some live Taekwondo matches. Pretty sweet stuff. So many records being broken! :O
Dad and I are building a new desk for my new room. It's looking pretty sweet. I'm gonna be staining it in the next couple of days. I'll post pics when it's done. Can't wait!
I saw Tropic Thunder last Sunday. That was a pretty funny movie!
Alright, the drugs are kicking in and I'm about to pass out. See you later!

Potential Plan B?
So the other day I was trying to come up with a Plan B. You know, in case acting falls though.
Well, it took me a while to think of something, but I think this may actually work.
I don't really want to do much with computers. I think I may just keep that as a hobby of mine and not make it into a career. That's not me, I need more adventure than that.
I was looking through some of my Japan pictures. Tomorrow is the 63rd anniversary of the Hiroshima Bombing. I really really wanted to be there. :( But I've been keeping an eye on plane ticket prices and they were $2000+ for round-trip. That's CRAZY! Grr. Stupid economy.
And then I was also noticing that I'm pretty good at writing and English in general. It took me a while to figure out that I could use this as Plan B, although I had considered it in the past (just an idea, not as Plan B).
Is the suspense built up enough? Or have you already guessed?
Alright, here it is. My Plan B if acting falls through, is to teach English in Japan.
Now before you all jump to conclusions like: "But you hardly even know Japanese!" or "But I'll never see you!" or my favorite "Where did you leave the can-opener?".
I've been reading up on it, and I'm not necessarily REQUIRED to speak Japanese fluently. Since I'd be teaching English, they prefer me to speak in English as much as possible! My Japanese teacher rarely spoke in English. It helps you learn a language better to be immersed in it as much as possible. And since I'd be living there, I'd be immersed in Japanese and it'll help to learn it better!
And yes, you'll see me a lot less. But hey, what can you do? Not much.
And the can opener is in the drawer on the right in the kitchen.
So yeah, that's Plan B. IF acting falls through. Now don't make me try to come up with a Plan C, cause B was tough to think of!
Anyway!
Right now I have my computer torn apart. I haven't cleaned it out in a while, so I gotta do that. I like when it looks nice. I have parts scattered across a table in my room. Woo. Can't wait until it's done!
Dad is repainting the rooms here. He just got done with Brady's room and he's going to be deep cleaning the carpets and then I'm going to move into his room. It'd be a nice change from living in my current room for the past 4 years. We're also gonna fix up my desk so it's a bit bigger. Woo, can't wait! It might be a little weird, though. But it'll be fine.
Today I'm going to go find a book case to match my dresser/desk. I need one cause I have a lot of books that are just pretty much stacked wherever. Closet shelves, window sill, etc. There's a good, build-it yourself one at Walmart for $27. I think it's just right!
On the 15th and 16th, there's going to be a LAN party in Eau Claire that the boys and I are going to attend and kick all sorts of butt! Because we rock! And we're doing it in honor of our fallen comrade.
Alright, well I'm going to bed. G'night!
Here's a cute picture before I go!
